Runway Training is a prime provider of Adult Education Budget (AEB) and Free Courses For Jobs (FCFJ) in The Greater London Authority. Runway Training provides courses in a variety of fields, such as Construction, Customer Service, Hospitality, Green Skills and Health and Social Care.

We also offer Information and Guidance as part of our course delivery, as well as tailored courses to meet the specific needs of individuals. Their goal is to help adults acquire the skills they need to gain employment or improve their career prospects.

We work with key employers in the area to ensure we are bringing opportunities to outcomes. We strive to provide an excellent learning experience for all our students, and to help them reach their full potential. We provide a comprehensive support system, including dedicated tutors and industry advisors. We are committed to making a difference in the community and helping adults achieve their career goals.

Free Corrses fore Jobs. (FCFJ) We offer level thrree qualifications in the following:

Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care.
Level 3 Certificate in Understanding Mental Health.
Level 3 Certificate in Understanding Autism.
Level 3 courses are available to individuals 19+ who meet our eligibility requirements. The annual income you earn at your current job must not exceed £25,000.

Adult Education Budget (AEB).

We offer Sector-based Work Academy Programmes across the borough and deliver via a mix of both face to face and hybrid teaching. These programmes focus on providing unemployed individuals with the skills and knowledge needed to gain employment. We also provide a range of support services including advice and guidance, access to online resources and assistance with job searches. We work closely with local and national organisations to ensure individuals receive the best possible support. We also provide tailored support packages for learners who have been unemployed for a longer period of time. Finally, we are committed to ensuring that all learners have the same access to our services regardless of their background or circumstances.

SWAPs – All of our SWAPs are linked to employers and we offer the following.
Construction – CSCS typically requires 2 weeks of onsite learning.
Hospitality – Typically requires 1 week of onsite/hybrid learning.
Customer service – Typically requires 1 week of learning.
Health & Social Care – Typically 2-3 weeks learning.
Teaching assistant – Typically – weeks of learnoing.

I received an excellent service from the Runway Training. First, I received examples CV and a Cover Letter. I found some useful informations there, that I used for my CV. Second, Coach was so friendly and professional, that I felt free to speak and share with everybody my experience and issues. Other participants told their experience freely too. Third, the information was given in simple sharp and had a good structure.

Good day! My point of view is that specialists teach other people new laws and rules in the UK. I was very interested to learn about the laws of the UK on consumer rights, especially about the Equality Act 2010. Everything is explained interestingly. Thank you for your help!
