Today we offer a wide range of courses in multiple sectors across the South East. To date, we have helped in excess of 25,000 learners achieve nationally-recognised qualifications, enabling them to develop the skills they require to achieve their goals and improve their lives.

£12,000 - £18,000

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Answering the telephone
  • Using emails
  • Processing enrolment paperwork
  • General administration for the projects team
  • Updating the database
  • Processing and posting learner certificates
  • Sorting post
  • Filing
  • Scanning
  • Making teas and coffees for visitors
  • Data entry onto the external databases
  • Communicating with the learners
  • Any other reasonable office-based tasks

Development

  • Being responsible for own professional development as part of the apprenticeship programme
  • Being involved in broader workings of the organisation (e.g. through involvement in working groups)

 

General

  • Undertake all duties in accordance with Runway Training’s policies and procedures with particular reference to Health & Safety and Equal Opportunities.

The Domestic Energy Assessor Trainer will be responsible for the planning and delivery of our Domestic Energy Assessor course. Flexible in your approach, you will be a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor and have a keen interest in developing and training others in this field.
