Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • To recommend and implement good practice HR policies and procedures across all Runway Training locations in line with Company requirements
  • To ensure that all HR policies and procedures comply with local legislative requirements
  • To maintain internal HR documentation to ensure that it supports 1 and 2 above
  • To provide HR support for all functions to ensure that the standards applied in recruitment, reward and dismissal are consistent across the company and comply with Company HR policy
  • To manage and motivate the part time HR resource to ensure effective running of the HR department
  • To analyse and report to the Senior Management Team on key HR metrics across all locations
  • To take part in HR projects and other activities as required
  • To support Departmental Heads and any HR resource with HR policy and practice
  • To participate in the development of HR strategy across the business
