This apprentice role is an exciting opportunity for a confident and energetic individual to join our growing Training team. • Advance your administrative and organisational skills, supporting the execution and logistics for all their external training, both face-to-face and virtual. • Plan and schedule all training programmes, working closely with your colleagues within Jee, course tutors and client teams. • Build confidence in your professional communication skills by liaising with clients and acting as the first point of contact for general queries, as well as following up on tutors and delegates on pre-work/post-work for their courses.

About the role:
We are looking for someone with great communication and organisational skills with a hunger to learn and develop. You’ll be excited and keen to start your career as a valued member of the Jee team, working towards completing your Level 3 Business Apprenticeship. With a friendly and enthusiastic manner, you’ll enjoy assisting the team and business with a proactive and customer-focused approach. You’ll have a keen interest in task ownership and overall training delivery and execution. You’ll develop the skills you need to answer queries confidently and solve problems. You’ll also be comfortable asking questions and working with your colleagues in the team to ensure everything runs smoothly.

The Business Administration Level 3 apprenticeship attached to this position should be completed in around 12-18 months, with the intention of a permanent full-time role for the right candidate once this has been completed.
Required personal qualities:
An individual who is willing to work as part of a team but also happy work independently on tasks.
Required qualification:
GCSE Grade 4 or above (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths would be preferred. However, if a candidate does not meet these requirements, we will support the apprentice with Functional skills.
