The Human Resources Manager will provide an effective professional HR service to Runway Training global operations to support the development of the capability of all employees and the delivery of HR strategy in alignment with business goals.
The Adult Education Tutor will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality teaching, learning and assessment of online and classroom-based qualifications and programmes including Employability, Retail, Customer Service.
The tutor will deliver structured learning that enables learners to develop and demonstrate long-term knowledge, skills and behaviours that will help them to progress and fulfil their aspirations for learning and employment progression.
The School Delivery Tutor will deliver both online and face to face educational and career sessions to identified secondary target schools across London. The sessions will be focused on STEM careers (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) and will aim to equip pupils with information, knowledge, and skills to build their confidence to Mk informed decisions about their future.
The Domestic Energy Assessor Trainer will be responsible for the planning and delivery of our Domestic Energy Assessor course. Flexible in your approach, you will be a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor and have a keen interest in developing and training others in this field. You will either currently hold a Teaching/Assessing qualification or be willing to work towards one and be confident in your ability to stand in front of a group of people in order to deliver training.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating training, supporting various projects and working across multiple departments. This is a new and evolving role and the individual will need to be well organised and adaptable as no two days will be the same!
