As a member of the Quality Team, the Learning and Development Apprentice will work closely with the team to ensure that training and development programmes maintain the expected quality standards. The role will include administrative duties in order to support the Head of Quality and Quality Manager with the day to day running of the quality department, the development and delivery of training programmes and supporting with internal and external audits.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • To support the quality team with the administration and preparation for external quality assurance audits
  • Contribute to the process of external Due Diligence checks and external bids for funding streams and new contracts providing information in a timely manner
  • To be responsible for the administration of Runway’s Online Portfolio accounts and to support and train users on the platform
  • To support the head of Quality with the administration of Runway’s Career Development platform and be part of a team responsible for setting up accounts and providing support to users
  • To be responsible for updating and maintaining staff mandatory training records, to include the administration of training updates
  • Develop and deliver training programmes to support mandatory training and staff development
  • Update and maintain a record staff CV, CPD and Certification, to include requests for updates, ensuring these are stored securely and accurately
  • Contribute to the day-to-day running of the Quality department, responding to any issues, showing initiative and a desire to continually improve
  • To represent Runway Training with attendance at key meetings; deputising for senior staff members and undertaking roles and duties in addition to the core responsibilities of the role.
  • Contribute to short and long-term achievement of project targets
  • Provide effective information, advice & guidance to internal and external stakeholders
  • To participate in team meetings and contribute effectively
  • To build and maintain a good working knowledge of internal and external quality expectations
  • To provide support and assistance to all colleagues to ensure service levels and company objectives are achieved
  • To keep abreast of changes and developments in the provision of products and services offered by the company

Development
